Sf_6 gas insulated electrical apparatus and its manufacturing method

In an SF6 gas arc extinguishing electric appts., at least the surface of a resin insulator to be exposed to arcs is made of a mixt. of a polymer (I) contg. N and a polyolefin resin (II). Suitably, (II) is a fluorocarbon resin and (I) has at least as high heat resistance, pref. as polymide resin. Alternatively, (I) is an aromatic polyamide and (II) is polyethylene, polypropylene or halogenated polyolefin. (I) improves the surface arc resistance and inner arc resistance of (II). Breaking performance is maintained for a long period.
