The liquid-solid separation and the purification of any product crystallisable in the region of -70 DEG to +250 DEG Celsius is carried out at crystallisation by noncontinuous actions linked one following another and carried out in the same apparatus, product localised outside the tubes in which the heat transfer is obtained by successive circulation or evaporation or condensation of the transfer fluid travelling inside the tubes.
