The vehicle disc brake has a revolving disc with a static holder extending over the disc to take up the braking torque. Calipers are mounted on either side of the disc, a saddle engaging one disc edge. Projections (21, 22, 23, 24) of the brake carrier (2) parallel to the brake disc (1) have holes to take bolts (27, 28, 29, 30). The bolts project on the side of the brake piston (11) towards one side out of the holes, and likewise project on the side turned away from the piston (11). The bolts (27, 28, 29, 30) are retained by means of a shrunken seat.
