Test tube shaker for mixing and whirling up analysis fluids

The liquid cylinder to be formed in a test tube is formed by placing the test tube onto a vibrating disc driven by a variable-speed motor and moving in a horizontal plane. The vibrating disc of the test tube shaker according to the invention is provided with a resilient support pad which continues to vibrate and consists of an elastically deformable material and into which the test tube is pressed in. The movement of the vibrating disc driven at a constant speed of rotation is thus transmitted more intensively to the test tube, the deeper the latter is pressed into the support pad. To control the pressing force or the cylinder of whirled fluid thus formed, the test tube shaker according to the invention is provided with a height-adjustable holding device for the test tubes. In a further embodiment of the invention, a heater for heating the liquid during the shaking movement is provided for the lower end of the test tube or tubes. IMAGE
