In the case of a leisure and sports facility which comprises a cross-country slideway for rolling sledges or similar vehicles and a chair lift or other cableway for transporting persons, circulating between the end points of the slideway, there is provided a conveying means which slowly circulates independently of the chair lift or the like and transports the rolling sledges from the end to the start of the slideway. This conveying means is expediently a second cableway, on the conveying cable of which suspension devices for one rolling sledge in each case are fitted, and which runs either in the track of the chair lift, using the supports thereof, or runs in its own track.
