Process for the production of products resembling printed matter, especially visiting cards, publicity cards and business cards

The production of visiting cards, business cards, publicity cards or the like, which contain by way of total image an image portion (1) and a text portion (2) is made simpler and cheaper in that a printable original e.g. a negative, is separately made both of the image portion (1) and also of the text portion (2). The originals are brought into the correct mutual register, which corresponds to the desired total image. The total original thus obtained is exposed onto a light-sensitive layer. By photochemical development of the exposed light-sensitive layer, the end product is then obtained. The latter is thus a copy obtained by photographic means. Since no printing process of the conventional type takes place, this end product may be produced more cheaply, more rapidly and with truer colours than the conventional printed products. IMAGE
