Wall scaffolding anchoring device - has grouted female portions accommodating expanding male ones for rails

The anchoring device secure to a vertical wall scaffolding, safety barriers etc. used in construction and maintenance work. They comprise two or more female portions (1) grouted into the walls (2) at the same level, and equipped with means for preventing entry of any foreign body. A male portion (29) fits in each and locks in place by expansion under independent control, without the need for any tool. It has means (11, 14) for securing and locking a horizontal rail also engaged with another male portion, and a support bearing against the wall below the female portion.
