The equipment for transporting and distributing material has a portable bin (1) at a vehicle front or back. At the vehicle base is a moving transporter (3) such as a belt, directed transversely relative to vehicle movement. The bin is on an elevator (20) which moves obliquely to the transporter. In the bin low position the elevator keeps it roughly central relative to the vehicle centre (13). In the bin high position it is moved in the direction of the transporter relative to the vehicle centre. The elevator angle of displacement is about 45 deg.
