The information carrier is used with, for example, a keyboard, to apply different legends to the various keys usinga flexible sheet of plastics or card provided with openings through which the keys project when the carrier is in position. The keys also serve to locate the carrier correctly. The carrier may have an adhesive back or be provided with locating tongues to engage in holes in the keyboard. The carrier has several zones of different colours, each having openings corresp. to the keys fulfilling the functions indicated by the zone. The zone may be further divided into sub-zones.
