The flowmeter essentially consists of a component 1 of any geometrical shape mounted on a rod 2 and centred in a pipe 3 carrying the fluid whose parameters are to be measured. A flexible member 4 outside the pipe 3 is fixed to the pipe and is connected to the other end of the rod 2 supporting the geometrically shaped component 1. A device 5 for measuring bending is fitted to the flexible component 4. Heat-sensitive elements 6, 7 are mounted differentially at the entrance 6 and at the exit 7 of the pipe 3. An electronic circuit 8 processes the signals from the measuring device 5 and from the heat-sensitive elements 6, 7. IMAGE
