According to the invention, condensation products are proposed of a-aminoisopropyl phenyl ketone, via the C=O carbonyl bond, with substituted amines, functionally substituted hydrazines or derivatives of natural amino acids, of general formula: IMAGE in which: R = IMAGE, NH-COOC(CH3)3, NH-CH2-COOC2H5, CH(CH3)(CH2)2 CH(C2H5)2, CH2CONH2, CH(CH3)CONH2, IMAGE, CH(CH2C6H5)CONH2, CH(3-indolyl)CONH2, CH(CH2CH2SCH3)CONH2 or CH(CH2OH)CONH2. These products can be used as cancerostatic medicaments having a narrow spectrum of action especially in bronchial carcinoma therapy in man.
