Propulsion device making it possible to carry out amusing movements in and/or partly out of the water. The invention consists of a buoyancy aid 1, fitted with two handles 2, with an optional rest support 3, with pedals 4 actuating a ship propulsion means 5 (screw or rotor), by means of a worm screw or any other method 6, and of a cardan joint 7. An inclinable stabilisation profile 8 also provides protection of the ship propulsion system. All these accessories are linked by a profiled and shaped shaft 9 providing the linking, and the effective movement of these various accessories.
