AIR-BORNE OPTICAL DATA BUS

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain an air-borne optical data bus which is excellent in a fire preventing property by connecting plural terminal connectors containing an optical transmitting and receiving device, by an optical fiber cable through an optical distributor. CONSTITUTION:Terminal connectors 111-118 contain an optical transmitting and receiving device converted to a hybrid IC, respectively. Optical fiber cables 16- converted to a harness are connected to these terminal connectors 111-118. Also, the optical fiber cables 16- are connected by an optical distributor 17 such as an optical star coupler, etc. By forming in this way, an air-borne optical data bus which is excellent in a fire preventing property is obtained.
