摘要

PURPOSE:To control a temperature of a preliminary heat exchanging below a predetermined temperature, in case of re-utilizing oxidating reaction heat, generated upon incinerating waste gas containing combustible particle groups such as phenole, organic solvents or the like, for heating of the preliminary heat exchanging of new combustible waste gas before processed. CONSTITUTION:Waste gas, coming from a drying furnace through a receiving duct 1, is preheated in a preliminary heat-exchanger 2, succeedingly, is introudced through a closs-over duct 3 into a main heating chanber 5 equipped with a burner 4, thereafter, is gasified into screen-gas in a staying reaction chamber 6 and is discharged into open-air through an exhaust stack 9. In such a process, a bypass stack 10, communicating with the open-air, is provided at the final end of the reaction chamber 6, and further, a damper 13 directly connected to a modutrol motor 12, transducing an excess component corresponding to an over-heat variation of an output from a temperature detector 11 into a rotating torque for adjusting the opening of the damper, and a manual damper 14 for adjusting a load are equipped in the stack 10, while, a damper 16 same as the damper 13, is euipped in the stack 9.
