TRUNK LINE RESPONSE SYSTEM IN TRUNK LINE INDIVIDUAL INCOMING

PURPOSE:To allow a response to a trunk line incoming call by making an extension person decided beforehand hear a trunk line incoming call offering sound even if there is trunk line incoming when a called extension is busy. CONSTITUTION:If there is trunk line incoming while all extensions in a group are busy, a trunk line incoming offering sound from a tone trunk TOT for an extension subscriber's call decided beforehand, for instance, an EXA, is transmitted. When a calling party of the EXA hears an offering sound and dials a response dial X, it is accumulated in a register RES. On the other hand, if a central controller CC reads out the accumulated dial X obtained by scanning th register REX, it connects a holding tone unit HTU to an opposite party of the EXA, for instance, EXB, and transmits the holding tone. Then, the EXA is connected to an incoming trunk line trunk CICT, and calling is carried out between the EXA and a trunk line.
