BELT CONVEYER AUTOMATIC ALIGNING METHOD AND ALIGNING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent that transferred goods fall from the belt on the way, by eliminating the eccentricity of the belt on a transferred goods feed part, by performing the automatic belt aligning near the transferred goods feed part which is located near the tail pulley of the belt conveyer. CONSTITUTION:When the carrier side (a) of a belt 2 deviates to one side, for example, to the right, the right side edge of the belt 2 pushes the right side- roller 10 of a deviation detecting unit B of the belt 2, and makes a link lever 9 turn together with a shaft 8. Then, an arm 24 fixed at the lower end of the shaft 8 through a cylindric part 16, turns as raising the shaft 8 in some degree, and makes a roller bed 19 turn in some degree. By this motion, the return side (b) of the belt 2, which runs above a roller 18 which is used both as a return roller and a modification roller, and set on the roller bed 19 as it can be turned freely, deviates to the same direction with the roller's 18 turning direction, that is the left. Consequently, because the return side (b) of the belt 2 turns round a tail pulley as deviating to the left, it can be modified that the carrier side (a) of the belt 2 deviates to the right.
