CAULKING METHOD OF FRAME SHIELD STRUCTURE BODY

PURPOSE:To form an even caulking part on an openin end face by providing a notch and a projection in one side edge part of this notch, on a frame, providing a leg part fitted into said notch on a partition plate, fitting the leg part into the notch, and thereafter, crushing the projection. CONSTITUTION:With regard to a method for caulking and fixing a partition plate 2 to a frame, a notch 5 and a projection 10 in one side edge part of this notch are provided on the frame 1, a leg part 4 corresponding to the notch 5 is provided on the partition plate 2, the leg part 4 is fitted into the notch 5 and positioned, and thereafter, the projection 10 is crushed by using a plane caulking jig 11, and the frame 1 and the partition plate 2 are caulked and fixed so that a C cut part 9 is covered with the thickness of the projection 10. In this regard, shielding is executed by pressing a shielding material 3 against an opening end face of the frame 1 and the partition plate 2. In this way, the opening end face after caulking becomes even, and a frame shield structure body whose shield effect is sufficient is obtained.
