To provide a forming method of a caulking joint or a negative angle structure body which has excellent adhesiveness and is capable of performing negative angle forming.SOLUTION: A forming method of caulking joint or negative angle structural body includes a process (a) of preparing a composite laminate plate which contains such a structure that a resin layer is sandwiched by metal layers via an adhesive layer having a melting point of 100 to 225°C, the resin layer having a melting point higher than the melting point described above, a ratio ηp/ηf of linear expansion coefficients ηf, ηp of the metal layer and the resin layer being 3 or more and the total plate thickness being 0.8 mm or more, a process (b) of performing a hemming processing or a press processing of assembling the composite laminate plate and an inner plate to provide a caulking joint, or a groove-shaped structure body or a hat-shaped structure body and a process (c) of performing heat treatment of the joint, or the groove-shaped structure body or the hat-shaped structure body at (melting point-20°C) or more of the adhesive layer and at a temperature less than melting point of the resin layer and reducing a bending angle of the joint, or the groove-shaped structure body or the hat-shaped structure body cooled to a temperature less than 100°C as compared to the bending angle before heat treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
