COMPOSITION FOR CONTROLLING PESTICIDE-RESISTANT RICE STEM BORER

PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition having improve effect to control pesticide-resistant rice stem borer, by the synergistic effect of 2-dimethylamino- 5.6-dimethylpyrimidin-4-yldimethyl-carbamate and a specific organic phosphate insecticide. CONSTITUTION:The above composition useful for the control of pesticide-resistand rice stem borer contains (A) 2-dimethylamino-5.6-dimethylpyrimidin-4-yldimethylcarbamate and (B) O-(2-diethylamino-6-methylpyrimidin-4-yl) O.O-dimethyl phosphorothioate, O.O-dimethyl O-(3.5.6-trichloro-2-pyridyl)phosphorothioate, O.O-dimethyl O-(3-methyl-4-nitrophenyl)phosphorothioate, O.O-dimethyl O-(3- methyl-4-methylthiophenyl)phosphorotioate and/or S-1.2-bis(ethoxycarbonyl)ethyl O.O-dimethyl phosphorothioate as active components.
