PURPOSE:To correct an angle of displacement of a datum plane produced at the time of pitching and rolling of a hull so as to improve precision of hitting by arranging an optical fiber group on longitudinals layed below the deck of a hull under a cannon and layed on the bottom of a vessel, in longitudinal direction of the vessel. CONSTITUTION:Count pulse is sent from a tensile bending stress detection circuit 13 into an upper optical fiber group 8 and a lower optical fiber group 9 fitted to longitudinals layed below the upper deck of a hull adjacent to a cannon mounted and layed on the bottom of a vessel. After this count pulse 22 passes through said fiber groups 8, 9, output 23, 25 are respectively inputted into the detection circuit 13, and respective pulse transmission times 24, 26 are measured. The pulse spacing measured by the detection circuit 13 is converted, after composition of upper tnesile bending stress Ptx10 or lower tensile stress Pty11 obtained from a graph, into an angle of displacement 15 of a datum plane corresponding to the bending stress, by means of a deflection angle detection circuit 14 with an insensitive zone, and sent to a firing computation circuit 3, then correction of a deflection angle of the upper deck plane 20 of the hull carrying the cannon 4 is performed.
