FUEL SUPPLY CONTROL METHOD UNDER DECELERATION OF INTERNAL-COMBUSTION ENGINE

PURPOSE:To improve the acceleration performance by performing the incremental correction of fuel through incremental acceleration only during specific interval while reducing the incremental acceleration for every trigger signal pulse to be produced for every predetermined crank angle position. CONSTITUTION:A fuel injection valve 6 is provided between an engine 1 and a throttle valve 3 of a suction tube 2. An engine rotary angle position Ne sensor 11 will produce a pulse at the predetermined crank angle position. An electronic control unit ECU5 will perform incremental correction of fuel through incremental acceleration only over predetermined interval to set the incremental acceleration such that it will be reduced for every occurrence of trigger signal pulse. Consequently, shock is relieved during acceleration resulting in improvement of acceleration performance.
