PURPOSE:To attain ease of discrimination corresponding to a part of an X-ray fluoroscopic image by external appearance and direction of an object to be inspected due to visual observation by making a rotary setting position of a television picture to a constant value. CONSTITUTION:A rotating magnetic field is generated to a deflection coil 5 of an image pickup tube 4 of a television camera, an electron beam of the image pickup tube 4 is turned to an optional angle so as to turn the television picture. In the X-ray television set having the turning deflection function of the television picture, since the turning deflection function is provided, the object to be inspected and the X-ray fluoroscopic image are collated and identified with difficulty, but the discrimination of the corresponding part with the collation between the object to be inspected and the X-ray fluoroscopic image is executed easily by making the turning set position of the television picture constant at the start of application of a power switch of the set, and even when the picture turning of the television picture is operated, the picture is observed corresponding to the object to be inspected very easily through the identification obtained from the X-ray fluoroscopic image at the start of the set.
