PURPOSE:To reduce the consumption of energy, and prevent th slipping of wheels and the abrasion of tires and so on, by setting a shaft plate and a receiving plate in a hub, fastening the hub side plate with a bolt, and making the hub side plate to be a wheel fixing surface by attaching clip bolts at the ouer side surface of the hub side plate. CONSTITUTION:A wheel hub 8 is enlarged, a semicircular shaft plate 9 is set in the upper part of the hub, and a shaft plate receiving plate 10 is set in the lower part of the hub. To reduce the frictional resistance while the wheel is rotating, on the circumference of the shaft plate receiving plate 10, bearings 11 are attached, and on a part of the outer circumference of the shaft plate 9, that is from the perpendicular upper part to the diagonal upper part, as making the hub center point as an axis, bearings 11 are attached. The car body weight is given from th shaft plate 9, and the shaft plate receiving plate 10 transmits the weight to the ground stably. Then, the friction between the tire and the ground is reduced, as the energy is transmitted from the diagonal upper part and the perpendicular upper part of the inner surface of the hub, parallel with the ground surface, by the bearings 11 of the upper part of the shaft plate receiving plate 10 under the shaft plate 9.
