PURPOSE:The titled low-salt food of delicate flavor, obtained by adding unrefined soy or SAKE and if desired a seasoning component to a meat of a marine product, having improved storage stability, and variously seasonable. CONSTITUTION:A salted fish gutlike food of delicate flavor obtained by incorporating 90-60wt% meat of a marine product, e.g. an oceanic bonito, cuttlefish or ear shell, with 10-40wt% unrefined soy or SAKE used for brewing MISO (fermented soybean paste), soy souce or refined SAKE, about 2-6wt% salt and another seasoning component, and aging the resultant mixture at 0-20 deg.C for about 1 week. Thus, the titled low-salt food of delicate flavor, producible under stable conditions, and having sense of eating and flavor fitted for the recent taste of users with a low spoilage rate of the product is obtained.
