PURPOSE:To miniturize a flow amount controlling valve and simplify its construction by performing pressure compensation by electronic control method. CONSTITUTION:An information of pressure or the like in front and rear of flow amount controlling valve is put in a control arithmetic circuit 3, carrying then an operation of solenoid current into effect, which gives a valve opening so as to allow to flow an amount corresponding to the required value with this control arithmetic circuit 3, and the flow amount control valve 1 is controlled and the pressure is compensated with this value. Thereby, since it is possible to carry the compensating function into effect by the control arithmetic circuit, the flow amount controlling valve and its construction may be miniturized and simplified.
