DEVICE OF EXCAVATING SPREAD BOTTOM PART OF PILE WITH SPREAD BOTTOM BY MEANS OF EARTH DRILL METHOD

PURPOSE:To efficiently contain excavated earth, by a method wherein the tapered part of a spread bottom is excavated by a cutter attached to slanted part of an unfolding blade, and excavated earth is delivered in a case by means of a scraper. CONSTITUTION:After a ground is excavated down to a given depth by means of an earth drill bucket for a basic diameter, the bucket is replaced with a bottom spreading bucket 11, and with the bucket 11 rotated, earth on the bottom of a hole is scooped by means of an edge 6a to shape the bottom surface. Thereafter, through expansion of a hydraulic cylinder 23 as the bucket 11 is rotated, an unfolding blade 20 is rotated around a hinge 21 and is unfolded little by little. An earth guide wall 20 is also pulled off from a case 14, a main scraper 26 is opened to form a space G into which earth flows, and excavated earth is guided by the unfolding blade 20 and the earth guide wall 20 to deliver the earth into the case 14.
