CIRCULATING FLOW CONTROL UNIT OF THERMOSYPHON REBOILER

PURPOSE:To moderate a sudden change of circulating flow within a low-load area by disposing a bypass line having a flow control valve in an outlet pipeline of a thermosyphon boiler and controlling flow of gas flowing through the bypass line according to the required value of supply gas amount. CONSTITUTION:An evaporator comprises and evaporation drum 1 and a thermosyphon reboiler 2, wherein a reboiler outlet pipeline is a main pipe 6 of the upper portion of a channel and a bypass pipeline 10 of the side portion thereof, and the bypass pipeline 10 is provided with a flow control valve 11. Thus, the outlet gas flow of evaporation drum 1 is detected by a flow detector 13 disposed in an outlet gas pipeline 7, and a detection signal is sent to the above flow control valve 11 to have a preset valve opening, whereby the flow is controlled most favorably in such a manner as to moderate a sudden change of circulating flow within a low-load area.
