In addition, an axial rake angle theta in time of being built in the cutter body 1 is formed to be +5 deg. or -5 deg., and a flank for the main cutting edge 1 is formed into plane surface. The hard sintered body 2 for the cutting edge 1 uses a cubic type boron nitride sintered body containing 55 capacity % cubic type boron nitride among those consisting of high pressure phase type boron nitride.
