With the switch 6a turned off, a transistor Q1 is made on by a current flowing in an off-state detecting switch 52b of the equipment 52, with the relay RY1 made on and the relay RY2 made off, and the indicator lamp is switched. With a fault contact 30 made open, no current flows in the link line, and the both of the relays RY1, RY2 are turned on to light a lamp 0, with an error indication never caused.
