PURPOSE:To omit an unnecessary modulator or the like by adding directly a supergroup converter without modulating the 5th basic group after four groups among five basic groups are modulated respectively at each group converter to eliminate distortion attends modulation. CONSTITUTION:After the 1st-4th group carrier frequencies C1-C4 applied to modulators M11-M14 are modulated, the 1st-4th basic groups BG are coupled and amplified by an amplifier A1. Moreover, they are connected to the 5th basic group by modulating the 5th supergroup carrier C6 at a modulator M21 in a supergroup converter SG-TR to form the 1st supergroup band 60-300kHz and the result is outputted after being amplified at an amplifier A2.
