PURPOSE:To make it possible to fabricate a regular polyhedral box connected with a round rod, without troublesome, with no skill being requried, by forming a machining jig in a shape having two surfaces arranged in a V-like shape and formed with two guide pin grooves so that the table of a wood working router machine may be used in its horizontal attitude. CONSTITUTION:In order to cut two grooves which are necessary for fabricating a regular hexahedoral box having a round rod as a connecting section, the interior angle of a V-shape bisurface jig is set to 60 deg., and a round rod 5 to be fabricated is set in the interior angle section of the bisurface jig. When a guide pin groove 2 is fitted onto the tip end of a center pin 7, a router bit 3 makes an angle of 60 deg. with respect to the bisecting line 4 of the bisurface jig so that one groove is cut in this condition. Further, when the bisurface jig is rotated and a guide pin groove 1 is fitted onto the tip of the center pin 7, the center line indicating a router bit angle upon having rotated the bisurface jig makes an angle of 60 deg. with respect to the bisecting line 4. In this condition another groove is cut so that one interior angle which is necessary for fabricating a regular hexahedron may be obtained.
