RENEWAL METHOD OF DICTIONARY BY ANALOGOUS WORD

PURPOSE:To allow a uniform renewal of a dictionary by registering the renewal word or the example sentence which are inputted by specifying the analogy in the dictionary by providing with the attribute of the specified analogy. CONSTITUTION:A table 4 which is provided together in a dictionary 3 stores all attributes the fundamental word which corresponds to the attributes and the example which includes the fundamental word. When the operator renews the dictionary 3, he transmits the word which is renewed from an input keyboard 1. In addition, when he inputs an analogy A by operating the input keyboard 1, a presence/absence detection part 24 operates and it retrieves the dictionary 3 with the analogy. The retrieval result is detected by the presence/absence detection part 24, and when the result is ''presence,'' a registration part 25 is operated and the renewal word is registered in the dictionary 3 by the attribute of the analogy. When the retrieval result is ''absence,'' a display control part 22 is operated, another analogy is inputted, and retrial is executed.
