MANUFACTURE OF PHENOL RESIN FOAMING BODY WITH SKIN LAYER

PURPOSE:To obtain the foaming body with less deterioration of heat insulating property by pouring the phenol resin composition of liquid resol type into a mold, while setting the laminates in which the curing resin composition containing a curing agent is laminated on one surface of a releasant, on the bottom surface of the mold and on the under surface of the mold upper plate. CONSTITUTION:The laminates (a), (b) made of both releasant 1 and curing resin composition 2 are set in a mold. The phenol resin composition of resol type containing a foaming agent and a curing agent is supplied into the mold, and then the mold is closed and said resins are heated. Before the foaming of the phenol resin composition is completed, and before the curing of the curing resin composition is finished, the phenol resin partially foamed and the resin layers partially crued thereon and thereunder are pressure-welded and then an perfectly cured.
