The integrated medical examination equipment includes a box which may move vertically and rotate in order to provide all the required angles to examine the patient. The apparatus includes a light source (1) sliding chin rest (2) and support for the ends of optical fibres illuminating the examined area. A bar (4) is provided to immobilise the patient. - A glass plate (5) receives the transmitted light which is reflected by a mirror (7) towards a video camera (8) mounted in the lower body of the apparatus. Illumination may be provided by three optical fibres arranged in equilateral triangle formation, or six fibres arranged at the points and mid-sides of an equilateral triangle.
