摘要
The artificial tooth root is intended for implantation in a recess milled in a human or animal jaw bone (as anchorage 4 for a crown). It consists of a Pt alloy (contq. around 90% Pt.) and has at least the bone contact surface area coated with porous platinum preferably with around 40 micron pore size (and around 120 micron thickness). The root pref. has a conical shape with rounded top and with a bore in the base. The recess is preferably milled such that the contact temperature remains below 45 deg.C (e.g. 15 rpm speed and/or cooling). A crown anchoring element suitable for securing on this or on a natural root is also specified and consists of two inclined truncated cones rotatably adjustable and securable relative to one another.
