METHOD OF OVULATION DETECTION ANDINDICATOR STRIP FOR USE THEREINABSTRACTA method is provided for determining theconcentration of pregnanediol glucuronide (PG) in awoman's urine which is characterized by utilizationof the reagent 20.alpha.-hydroxy-4-pregnen-3-one (20-.alpha.reagent) in a form in which it reacts with antibodiesbinding to PG, The method is adaptable to a visualcolor indication test which can be performed by thewoman herself as well as by laboratory analysis.
