This invention relates to medical and industrial endoscope. Transparent ballon is installed at the front end of a flexible cable, which is equipped with image fiber, light guide, injection tube and discharge tube. In Fig. I, A is image orthicon, B is transmission part, C is picture part, D1 is eye, D2,D3 and D4 are camera, E is light source, F is injection part, G is discharge valve, H is heart, I is blood. This endoscope is easily, simply operated and has no diffused reflection.
