摘要

Fermented soybeans were processed to make ramyeon. The soybeans were soaked with water, steamed and later mixed with parched carbohydrates, such as wheat, barley. After passing the mixture through a chopper to make noodles, the strengthened noodles of 5-10cm thickness were dried until the surface of the noodle was slightly sticky. Finally the noodle were molded.
