An anaerobic liq. sealing agent compsn. consists of an org. peroxide and a polymerisable monomer component which is a compsn. comprising an urethane monomer (A) and a reactive dil. monomer (B), and characterised in that a thixotropy-endowing agent (C) is mixed in the compsn.. (A) has an epsilon-caprolactam ring-opened gp. as the main skeleton, a heat-resistance temp. of 150C and an elongation of more than 50% (B) is selected from cpds. of formulae (I) and (II). In (I) , R=H or C1-4 alkyl; R'= C2-4 alkylene; m= 2-4. In (II), R= C1-4 alkyl; R1= alcohol residue; R2= the residue obtd. by removing carboxyl from polybasic acid; n= 2-6. (A),(B) and (C) are mixed in 10-80, 80-10 and 0.5-10 pts. by wt. respectively.
