The supporter(4) with many holes(3) is established in a tank(2). Its lower portion is fixed to the plate(5) and the upper portion supports the tank. The supporter(4) has upper and lower parts and the supporting jaws(9,9') are made on this separated portion along the diameter. An injection pipe and a discharge pipe are established within supporting chamber. Two pipes are protruded outside the tank which fixes the pipes on its surface. Lower portions are semi-fixed by guides(12) in the supporting chamber. The edge of the tank plate has knuckle's shape. Tank protection(14) keeps the gas at low temperature.
