Form comprises an upright post with four adjustably positionable members, mutually spaced and releasably securable to the post. The members represent shoulder, bust, waist and hip regions and removably carry surfaces on which tissue paper patterns can be mounted. There is pref. a skirt element removably secured to a bodice element and both of adjustable size and shape by being of flexible material, pref. "Pellon". The first member pref. has a pair of strips projecting laterally from a rigid body, and the second has a pair of spaced cups on arms extending from the post. The third and fourth members pref. comprise a number of adjustably mounted shafts extending horizontally.
