The device comprises a cylindrical housing (2) releasably fastened on one end of a pipe, a pipe rod (3) movably located in the pipe, a circular knife (4) arranged in the housing (2) and firmly connected to the pipe rod (3), an actuation mechanism for displacement of the circular knife (4) in the longitudinal direction, and a stop head (7) with a rod (6) mounted so as to be axially displaceable in the pipe rod (3). In addition, the device comprises a first ring (9) with needles (11) which are uniformly located in the circumferential direction on the front side of the first ring (9) and some of which are provided with shock-absorbers (12), and a second ring (10) arranged in the housing (2) at a distance from the first ring (9) such that the needles (11) are located between the first and second rings (9 and 10). A third ring (14) is fastened on the stop head (7), and this third ring can be connected to the second ring (10) on actuation of the actuation mechanism by the needles (11) and can be separated from the stop head (7) by the circular knife (4) for production of a circular anastomosis. In this case, the connected rings remain in the hollow organs until necrosis of the clamped sections of intestinal tissue is complete. IMAGE
