1. Heat-insulating and fire-retardant sandwich sheet (1) with a first plate element (2) of pressed mineral wool and a thin and heat-resistant reflective aluminium foil (4) said foil being attached on one side, by means of a first coating of water glass glue (5), to one of the flat sides of the plate element (2), characterized as : that the sandwich sheet (1) has a second plate element (3) of pressed mineral wool which is attached to the other side of the reflective aluminium foil (4) by a second coating of water glass glue (5).
