In a system for dispensing pasty to milky filling and injection material consisting of hydraulic construction material in underground operation, preferably for supplying driving works in mining and tunnel construction, from a pneumatic conveying device having a blowing line, which delivers the dry construction material from which a mortar or concrete forming the filling or injection material is prepared by the addition of mixing water and is supplied to a hydromechanical conveying device which further conveys the water/solid mixture forming the material through a pipeline or hoseline preferably with the aid of a pump and dispenses it at the point of use, it is provided according to the invention that a water line guided into the blowing pipeline serves for the addition of the mixing water, which water line opens out in front of the end of the blowing line which is connected to a tangential pipe of an upright mixing drum which has an upper opening to carry off the conveying air and discharges the water/solid mixture at the bottom, which tangential pipe fulfils the function of the hydromechanical conveying device.
