In the plant, described in the main patent (Patent Application P 3333433.1), for preparing pasty to milky filling and injection material from hydraulic construction materials in underground mining, preferably for supplying roadway drivages in mining and tunnelling, provision is made according to the invention for several scrapers (60-61) combined individually or in groups to be arranged on a shaft (56) enclosed by a conical casing (50) of a feeding hopper (29). The scrapers (60-61) are arranged in such a way as to be offset in accordance with the height of the hopper (29) and are arranged on radial arms (57-59) of an arm length increasing from bottom to top in accordance with the inclination of the hopper casing (50).
