A method of measuring by enzyme immunoassay the level of an antibody to a liver-specific membrane lipoprotein in human serum, comprises utilizing a liver-specific membrane lipoprotein from a mammal as an antigen, and enzyme-labelled antibody to this lipoprotein as competing antibody.
