The subject of the present invention is a leaktight electromechanical apparatus for a communal kitchen, comprising subassemblies which are interchangeable rotary work tools. A specially adapted tool corresponds to each preparation, for example a perforated disc for sauces and a cutter for soups. Fastening is effected by free ensleeving on a shaft with a radial pin for rotational driving. So that the tool does not fall into the preparation, since no positive stop retains it and traction due to hydrodynamic forces tends to separate it from the apparatus, these tools, as well as their environment, are determined so that a reduced pressure between the apparatus and themselves, greater than the hydrodynamic forces, holds them in position. This apparatus is rendered leaktight in order to prevent risks of accidents in the event of immersion, a heat transfer is ensured via its outer casing and internal ventilation is provided.
