CORROSION RESISTANT FRICTION PRESSURE WELDED JOINT OF TI OR ZR BASE METAL AND STAINLESS STEEL

摘要

PURPOSE:To elevate the corrosion resistance in a joined part by specifying the carbon content of stainless steel side. CONSTITUTION:The corrosion resistance of the friction pressure welded joint part with Ti or Zr is remarkably improved by performing the friction pressure contact with the stainless steel having less than 0.04wt% C content in case of the friction pressure welding between different kind of metals based on the combination of Ti or Zr and stainless steel.
