METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CARRYING OUT PALLET IN DEBUG LINE

PURPOSE:To automatically carry out a product from a debug line by setting individual electric current application time for a product to be checked placed on a pallet by a timer provided to every pallet, and detecting the completion of electric current application for a product to be checked by necessary detection means. CONSTITUTION:Individual electric current application time for a product 14 to be checked placed on a pallet 16 is set by a timer provided at every pallet. The foremost pallet among a group 16 of may pallets placed on a conveyer 12 is stopped by pallet stop means 20 provided on a designated carry-out station in a debug line, and the completion of electric current application to a product to be checked placed on the foremost pallet is detected by detection means 22 provided on the carry-out station to release the stop of conveying the pallet, so that the pallet is carried out from the carry-out station outward the debug line. Thus, products different in electric current application time can be continuously put in the debug line to be standby for application of electric current.
