TROUBLE RECOVERY SYSTEM FOR DATA TRANSFER

PURPOSE:To reduce the load of the trouble recovery processing and to shorten the recovery time with an application program, by using a memory circuit for information on data transfer path. CONSTITUTION:An application program 1 sets the information on the data transfer path and delivers a set-up instruction for a data transfer path. This instruction is analyzed by a data transfer control circuit 2. The circuit 2 writes the data transfer path information to a data transfer path information memory circuit 4 and executes the set-up instruction to a data transfer circuit 3. When a trouble occurs, the circuit 2 informs the occurrence of the trouble to the program 1 and executes a close instruction to the circuit 3. The circuit 2 performs the recovery processing of the trouble according to the data transfer information after the occurrence of trouble is informed. Thus the data transfer instruction is executed after the set-up instruction is executed to the circuit 3.
